Winners of the prestigious Eastside Piano Competition, Joyce Ye and Alexander Vollmer, help open Cascade Symphony’s 65th anniversary season with Chopin’s 1st Piano Concerto. The concert also includes one of Beethoven’s most popular works, his Seventh Symphony, whose famous second movement was encored at its premiere.
